  Had two cars in front of me and still waited a good 7-8 minutes or more just to get to the drive-through window. Then my order was wrong as I subbed onion rings for French fries, but they not only replaced them, they gave me another 10 nuggets free for my trouble. Appreciated.

  You need an additional phone line for customers to call in. I've been trying to reach your Brewer, ME store for over 30 minutes and keep getting a busy signal. My credit card was not given back after I had to pull ahead & wait for my drive thru order to be done. I noticed it this evening and have been trying to call and confirm that it is there. When kept getting busy signal I called another local branch and was told that if the line there is busy than someone was probably talking to the Corporate office and that office likes to talk. That is not good customer service. That should be on a separate line or have more lines available on that 1 telephone number. I have worked in customer service for over 15 years and this is unacceptable for a place that serves the public in any form.
